Having been personally mentored by Bill Wych who had 47 years experience in the industry, Jamie has been involved in lettings and property management since the age of 18 and is now regarded as one of the regions leading property experts.

Jamie has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2005 and his vast knowledge of the local residential property market means that he can offer clients a wealth of advice, contacts and support. He also has considerable experience in buy-to-let acquisitions and portfolio growth and development not just domestically, but also overseas including Cyprus, Italy, and the Caribbean to name a few.

As Managing Director of Bill Wych & Co, Jamie insists on the highest standard of personal presentation, professionalism and a strong customer service ethic from all his staff and leads by example.

Paul Campbell LLB (Hons)

With a decade’s experience as a property Lawyer for two of the regions leading Law firms, Paul Campbell LLB (Hons) has considerable knowledge and experience in the property industry. Paul was also head of marketing and business development for a Conveyancing unit, and has built up working relationships with major property development companies across Northamptonshire.

By 2006, Paul was regarded as one of the leading authorities in the property industry locally, and was given an “Ask the Expert” column in a leading local newspaper on a regular basis to provide advice and report on pertinent issues affecting the property industry.
